Our fees
Published in line with the SRA transparency rules. Single services are one-off pieces of work. Full packages cover a merits assessment, advice on documents, completion and submission of the application, and regular updates until the initial Home Office decision.
Advance payment and VAT
For full packages we ask for an advance payment, usually £500–£1,200 + VAT. VAT applies if you are "belonging" in the UK for HMRC purposes - if you are not, you are exempt.
Not included in our fees
Home Office and entry clearance fees, the immigration health surcharge, expert reports, interpreters, counsel, English tests, TB screening, and court or tribunal fees. See thecurrent Home Office fees on gov.uk.
Fee questions
Different lawyers charge different amounts. Our fixed fees are published on our fees page. You will always know the figure before you instruct us.
